Cancellation Policy.
We know cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, and we will always accomodate where we can, however we often have a waiting list for people who are in need of an urgent appointment.
We ask that if you need to cancel or change your Osteopathy, Massage or Pilates appointment that you do it with more than 24 hours notice. If you miss your appointment or do not let us know in good time, you will be liable to pay the full cost of the session.
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment or would like to move it please call or email us.

*Medical history will be taken in your first osteopathy or massage appointment, this normally takes 5-10 minutes, please bear this in mind when booking.

Osteopathy & Massage home visit
Osteopathy & Massage home visits are available in South West London, South East London and Surrey dependent on availability.
We do make some exceptions for people outside of these areas dependent on distance.

Pilates
Online group session (60 minutes) - £15 per person (minimum 3 people)
Online 1-1 (60 minutes) - £35
In-person 1-1 (60 minutes) - £70
In-person 2-1 (60 minutes) - £45 per person
